What is your shipping policy?

Please enter your ship-to address correctly. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the provided address. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be charged full shipping fees to re-send plus any return-to-sender fees incurred.

 Why do you need my phone number at the online checkout?
The only purpose for collecting phone numbers is if there is a problem regarding shipping or any important questions regarding your order, we or Canada Post can reach you. Don't worry, you'll never receive any spam text messages or phone calls from us. We hate that stuff too! 

 

What currency is your store set in?

Our online shop is set to Canadian dollars, but you can select a number of other currencies in the dropdown box located at the bottom left hand corner of our website to see what the approximate conversion rate is.
